Julian Bacon

Teaching Elder (Senior Pastor)

Oversees pulpit ministry and pastoral care, and directs the church’s philosophy of ministry.

Julian is a Belgian national who has lived in 8 countries and has been in full-time ministry since 2016. He completed his theological training from Tyndale Theological Seminary and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Julian is married to Rachel and they have three young children.

Daniel Brink

Teaching Elder (Associate Pastor, part-time)

Oversees adult education, church administration, financial operations, and worship logistics.

Daniel is originally from the US and has been working in full-time ministry in Europe since 2012.

He completed his theological training from Westminster Theological Seminary, with an emphasis on counseling.
Daniel is married to Katy and they have two teenage children.

Jeremy Elias

Teaching Elder (Associate Pastor, part-time)

Oversees youth and family ministries, the Building Committee, and strategic organizational growth

Jeremy grew up in Australia and has worked in Christian ministry in universities and the military since 2018. He has worked in Defence, Business Consulting and Aid and Development. Jeremy completed his theological training at Ridley College in Melbourne Australia. Jeremy is married to Carney and they have three teenage children.

Luis McRea

Ruling Elder

Serves on our board of Elders, helps with pastoral care, and leads a community group

Luis grew up in New Jersey and has been living in Brussels since 2014. He studied engineering and has been in the medical device industry since graduating, currently working in operations management. Luis completed theological training at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Karina, who has a heart for Christian counseling.
